The Chevra Mishnayes Synagogue General Donation Form is provided to collect tax-deductible financial contributions that support the shul's sanctuary, spiritual services, and community programming.

Anchored by the Pirkei Avot teaching, "Deeds of giving are the very foundation of the world," the form enables supporters to make one-time or recurring monthly gifts in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Donors can choose from preset gift amounts ranging from $18 to $1,800 CAD-honoring traditional Jewish chai multiples-or enter a custom donation amount. The form provides tailored allocation options, allowing contributions to be directed toward specific initiatives such as the General Fund, Kiddush Club (Shabbat Meals), High Holy Days Appeal, Youth & Family Programming, Ritual & Spiritual Programming, or the Building & Maintenance Fund.

To complete a gift, contributors enter their contact and mailing information for tax receipts, set their acknowledgement preferences (public or private) and submit payment via credit card.

The Chevra Mishnayes Tribute Cards Form is available for community members to send meaningful physical or digital tribute cards.

The form allows donors to mark significant life occasions by celebrating a Simcha, expressing sympathy, sending wishes for a speedy recovery (Refuah Shlema), or honoring someone special. Official tax receipts are issued for all tribute gifts.

Donors begin by entering their personal contact information, specifying the tribute category, and entering the honouree's name. The form then collects recipient details, enabling users to choose between mailing a physical card or delivering an e-card, along with a personalized message.

Donors can select from preset gift amounts ranging from $18 to $360 or a custom donation amount.

The Chevra Mishnayes Kiddush Club Sponsorship Form is available for community members to sponsor or contribute toward weekly Shabbat Kiddush meals following services.

Sponsoring a Kiddush offers a meaningful way to celebrate a Simcha-such as a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or engagement-or to honour the memory of a loved one on their Yahrzeit. Official tax receipts are issued for all contributions.

Donors submit their contact details, select a requested Shabbat date, provide the reason for sponsorship, and indicate whether they wish to be recognized publicly or remain anonymous. Acknowledged sponsors receive public recognition in-person from the Bimah during Shabbat morning services and are listed in the Chevra Chadashot newsletter.

Sponsorship options include Co-Sponsor ($50), Full Standard Kiddush ($100), Enhanced/Deluxe Kiddush ($250), Kiddush Club Contributor ($500), or a custom amount.

The Chevra Mishnayes Misheberach Form provides an opportunity for community members seeking a public prayer for healing and speedy recovery (Refuah Shlema) on behalf of loved ones facing illness or health challenges.

Names submitted by Thursday evening are included in the congregation's traditional Misheberach prayer recited aloud during the Torah reading at the upcoming Shabbat services.

The form collects the submitter's contact details and relationship to the recipient, alongside the individual's English and Hebrew names (e.g., David Ben Avraham v' Sarah). Multiple names can be included in a single submission. Users can select their desired prayer duration, specifying whether the prayer should be recited for the upcoming Shabbat only, for the next month, or until further notice.

Additionally, the online form offers an optional opportunity to make a voluntary Refuah Shlema financial donation in honour of the individual's recovery, supporting synagogue operations while invoking blessings of health and renewal.
